1.a. Independent Travellers, Accommodation Only, and Tailor Made Tours
Fill in our request form or contact us with your requirements and we will reply with details within 24 hours.

1.b. Theme Weeks, select your week and contact us for availability
Fill in our request form or contact us with your first and second choice of week. We will then send you a provisional confirmation and booking form while holding your booking for 5 working days. This will give you time to reserve your flights.

2. Arrange your flights
Just contact our travel agent and they can arrange your flights. Alternatively use your own agent or contact the airline direct. See the "how to get there" page.

3. Complete the booking form and return it to us with your deposit
A deposit of £150 per person per week is required to secure your booking. We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

4. Your holiday is now booked
On receipt of your booking form and deposit we will send you an invoice showing full details together with the balance due date. No reminder letter will be sent so please note the due date.

P.L.B. Limited trading as The Italian Experience.Co.Uk (Registered Company 4588497) fully complies with The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992, as contained in Statutory Instrument 1992 No. 3288.

As part of these regulations, any money received from clients for package holidays booked by them with the Company is paid into an independently controlled Trust Bank Account and is not released to the Company until such time as the Company has fulfilled its obligations to its clients in respect of those package holidays

Holiday Price

We guarantee that once you have made your booking and paid your deposit we will not increase the price of your holiday.

Travel insurance

It is a condition of booking that you take out comprehensive insurance to cover any eventualities such as you having to cancel your holiday for a good reason as well as for sickness, an accident, losses and all the usual risks. It is therefore the client's responsibility to insure that your travel insurance covers you for these and any other eventualities.
